Endeavor this superfood bend on excellent PB and toast with 1/2 a banana (cut) and a sprinkle of chia, which is squeezed with vitamins and minerals (like six times more calcium than deplete!).

Ingredients

  •  1 Slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  •  1 Tbsp. Nutty spread
  •  1/2 Medium Banana, Sliced
  •  1/2 Tsp. Chia Seeds

Preparation

– Toast the bread and spread the nutty spread over the best.

– Place banana cuts over the nutty spread and complete it off with chia seeds.

– Serve promptly and appreciate!
